Sponks is this tiny arcade mobile game that came out in 2023 by PixelFun Studios. Basically, you have this bouncing little character and the whole point is to keep hopping on platforms without falling or hitting spikes. Super simple, but somehow kinda addictive.
The character jumps on its own, so you just tap to land right. Timing is everything because some platforms move, some have spikes, and the game slowly speeds up as you play. Coins and power-ups show up along the way, mostly for points or little boosts. The farther you get, the crazier it gets.
If you want to do better, a few things help: try staying in the middle of the platforms, it gives you more time to react. Don’t panic about collecting every coin—just survive first. Watch the patterns; moving platforms repeat, so after a few tries you start predicting stuff. Power-ups are lifesavers in tough spots. Oh, and combos with coins really bump your score if you can chain them.
