Escape Raid came out in 2023 and was made by a small indie team that focuses on short, fun mobile games. It’s a mix of arcade and puzzle gameplay where you try to get out of rooms without getting caught. Each level is just a small space with guards, keys, and an exit.
When you load up Escape Raid, you’re dropped into a room right away. There’s always at least one guard walking around, sometimes cameras too. Your job is to grab a key, unlock the door, and get out. You swipe or tap to move your character, and it feels really quick. Early levels are simple, but after a few stages, there are more things to watch out for — like switches that open new doors or traps that you have to dodge.
The game feels fair but also tough. The main thing is learning when to move. Waiting for guards to look away is key, and sometimes you have to take a risk and just go for it. When you mess up, you restart fast, so it’s easy to keep trying until you get it right.
