Bloodmoney 2 (also called Human Expenditure Program) came out on September 12, 2025, from SHROOMYCHRIST on itch.io. It looks cute at first, but it’s a creepy psychological horror game where you take care of Harvey Harvington, a strange virtual pet with a dark past. You play as his wife, Eun-Mi, trying to keep him fed, rested, and sane while slowly uncovering the truth about what happened to him.
Everything is mouse-only. Click to feed Harvey, put him to sleep, pick mini-games, and make choices that change how the story plays out. It’s very simple to play, so all your focus goes to what’s actually happening on-screen.
The best part of Bloodmoney 2 is how it keeps you guessing. There are five mini-games that you play to earn money. You spend that money on food candy, donuts, salad, whatever you think Harvey needs. How you treat him affects his mood, which pushes the story toward one of two endings.
The game looks cute but feels tense. Harvey’s expressions change as you make decisions, and you start noticing how each little choice matters. It’s short, but there’s enough to replay and see the other ending.
